• Charles Anthony, '52, tenor with Metropolitan Opera; holds the Met's performance record; celebrated 50 years at the Met in March 2004
• Col. John Bourgeois USMC (Ret.), '56, former director "The President's Own" United States Marine Band; president John Philip Sousa Foundation; holds Col. John R. Bourgeois Endowed Visiting Professorship and artist-in-residence at the College of Music and Fine Arts
• Andree Carter, '92, MFA/UNO Working artist and part-time faculty at the Art Institute of Seattle; Solo Show at Sylvia Schmidt August 2004
• Tony Dagradi, '86, saxophonist, recording artist, College of Music faculty, member of award-winning jazz group Astral Project

• Philip M. Dobard,'88, President & CEO GKW Enterprises, LLC, an arts management consulting firm with an international client base. Dobard formerly served as General Director of Opera Columbus,General Director of Pensacola Opera, and Director of the Graduate Program in Arts Administration at the University of New Orleans.

• Charles Fernandez, '84, bassoonist, composer, orchestrator, arranger; numerous film and television series soundtrack credits for Disney, MGM, Universal, Dreamworks, HBO, Artisan, New Line Cinema; received two Emmy and one Annie nominations for his work on the Universal cartoon series "Casper"
